Steph outdid herself again. We told her we were looking for a cruise and she recommended Celebrity Cruise line and highly endorsed the Sky Retreat (suite) package).
We were pampered and had VIP service at every turn. Retreat guest have their own restaurant with Michelin Chef quality food , and service to match. We had a butler that customized our mini bar to our preference and was available for any need we had. This was all inclusive and one of the best vacation values for this high level service. Steph knows what we like and continues to impress more every time. We have already booked another Celebrity cruise for Feb 2026.

This is our second trip with Steph. It was terrific; all future trips will be planned through her. Myself and Terri had an amazing time, this was my first cruise ever, we had the opportunity to meet Stephanie and one of her associates on the Corporate cruise face to face. She is very nice ,very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful with all your needs from planning to just helping you get around on the ship. This was a first time on RCCL. Food was very good; preferred the buffet to dining room. Entertainment was good as well. Drinks, as always are very overpriced. All in all, a good experience.

Going to Greece has been a dream for my husband and me for years. We had planned to go the summer of 2020 and of course due to the pandemic our plans were cancelled.
We reached out to Steph, not only because I’ve known her for 30 years, but because she is the best at what she does. We let Steph know which islands we wanted to see, and she basically took care of the rest. We returned from our two week vacation in Greece and cannot say enough positive things about the amazing hotels that Stephanie booked for our stay, as well as the cooking class, the wine tasting, the olive oil tasting the synchronized private drivers who were there when we needed to be picked up and dropped off. Steph thought of each detail and our trip was better than we could have imagined. We are very grateful to Steph and have many wonderful memories of our two weeks in Greece! Just returned from an Alaska cruise. Steph arranged for pre-cruise hotel and transportation to the ship. She recommended some good excursions. She also ensured we received several hundred dollars in on-board credits that we were eligible for. Well we just returned from Ireland and Steph helped make our dream vacation even dreamier. She really listened to our ideas and then worked with Brendan Tours to find us the package that was for us. From our driver, to our accommodations to our tours, all perfect for us. We had one little problem with a room and you could not have asked for quicker response and resolution. We just returned from a Mediterranean Ocean Cruise, which Steph planned for us after listening to our expectations and wishes. The entire trip was excellent and planned down to the last detail. There was a last-minute change in the return air travel, which Steph let us know about (no the airline did not alert us to the change) and handled the rebooking. Since this trip was delayed for over a year due to COVID, Steph did a great job staying in communication with us until it actually happened! My family planned full Alaskan cruise through Steph. Right before paid we found out we were expecting and couldn't travel that far into pregnancy on a cruise. It was a bit overwhelming to plan a trip to Maui for my wife's 50th birthday. Using Steph took out all the anxiety and uncertainty. Steph started with getting our requirements and budget and found us an amazing resort with spectacular views and service. I did not have to try to screen multiple locations to weed out the good from the bad. Steph also got us a good deal on our rental car and by getting us a breakfast package. Giant KUDOS to Steph!!! We had a mishap with the resort and they gave us the wrong room (we actually reserved a Villa). I texted Steph the next morning and she got right on the phone with Resort and resolved everything within a couple of hours. We were upgraded to our Villa and provided a couple of perks for our inconvenience. Steph was quick and efficient to resolve our problem and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Steph did a great job planning our cruise and was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns we had! She was able to get our cabins upgraded to a Balcony Room at no extra charge which was wonderful! She also got us extra ship board credit when the cruise line made the decision to not stop at their private island! Steph checked on us during the cruise to make sure we were having a good time. Five Star Rating - I used a travel agent for the first time and it was fantastic! I'm not sure I'll ever plan another vacation myself again!! Stephanie made the whole process so simple.
